Refund policy

CARVIRMI assures its customers the return of its products, namely, in the following circumstances:


Right of free termination of the contract

 

According to the applicable rules regarding consumer rights, the customer can terminate the contract, within 14 days after its conclusion. For this purpose, the customer may exercise the right of free resolution through the following email: info@carvirmi.com. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in any way permitted by law, considering that, in any case, this right is validly exercised through the return of the products. In this case, CARVIRMI will refund the amount paid for the products.

The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if he does not return it using any of the free methods mentioned in clause 12.4. of these Terms and Conditions.

We also inform you that the product must be delivered together with the invoice and the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used by the customer in the transaction.

 

Contractual right to return products

 

CARVIRMI grants its customers the right to return products within 30 days from the date of confirmation of shipment.

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that the client’s communication is sent before the terms of the 30-day period.

Within 30 days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to return the products by carrier, CARVIRMI will reimburse all payments received. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used by the customer in the transaction.

The client must exercise its right of withdrawal by sending a communication through the following email: info@carvirmi.com

Defective products

 

In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, the customer should contact us through the following email: info@carvirmi.com For this purpose, the customer must indicate the data related to, as well as the damage / defects, within the period of two months legally fixed, subsequently, the next procedure will be indicated to him.

CARVIRMI considers that the product does not comply with the contract, in the following situations: it does not comply with the description made in the Virtual Store; it is not suitable for the uses normally given to goods of the same type; not exhibiting the usual qualities and performance on goods of the same type and which the customer could reasonably expect; excluding the other hypothetical situations.

In the event of the above situations occurring, the customer can terminate the contract, and it will be reimbursed for all payments received within 30 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used by the customer when purchasing. The termination of the Contract or the replacement of the product will be free of charge to the customer.

 

Return procedure

 

To return your items, you must contact us, through the following email: info@carvirmi.com. For this purpose, you must deliver the product in the same packaging in which you received it, attached the e-mail with the shipping confirmation, as well as the invoice.

In order to return the ordered product (s), the customer must deliver the product (s) to the carrier indicated by CARVIRMI.

Please note that if you decide to return the items to us for collection, we will be allowed to charge you for the expenses that we may incur. After examining the articles, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.

The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the customer communicated his intention to us. The return will always be made by the same payment method that the customer used to pay for the purchase.
